Marco Morales

Marco Morales makes a risky career move as he shifts from being a singer/model to being a daring actor. He is introduced in the movie “Walang Kawala”, a gay-themed independent film produced by Manny Valera of DMV Entertainment and directed by acclaimed movie director, Joel Lamangan. His movie debut requires him to show a bit more skin as he plays the role of a macho dancer.

Marco grew up and studied in Australia. Upon finishing school, he worked in an accounting firm while doing modeling and singing on the side. He returned to Manila in 2004 to pursue a career in music and modeling. He appeared in commercials for Chowking, Extra Joss and Magic Flakes. He also became a part of SOP’s all-male sing and dance group, Showboys (together with Rey Talosig, Carlos Concepcion, Bruno Folster and Joseph Salomon). Currently, Marco is also part of one of TV5’s newest shows entitled “Rakista”.

“Walang Kawala” features Polo Ravales and Joseph Bitangcol and also stars Emilio Garcia, Paolo Rivero and Althea Vega. Will this move jumpstart Marco’s career or hurt it? Let’s wait and see when his digital flick hits movie theaters.
