I first took notice of Carlos Concepcion in Metro Magazine’s recent Body Issue — he is described: Carlos Concepcion, designer. Designer of what? I don’t know. From the photos I saw, he seems to be a professional model as well. Maybe it’s just me, but he kind of resembles Drew Arellano — a sexier version, I must say.
